Our Pre-K classes are the perfect way to introduce your little ones to gymnastics in a safe, fun, exciting, and positive environment. Our Pre-K gymnasts enjoy a 45-minute class in a kids-only zone -- no parents allowed!
Parent/Tot
Fun Exercise for Parents & Toddlers!
Our Parent/Tot class is designed for learning, and bonding with your child while having fun! In this class your child will work on their coordination, fine motor skills and learn new basic gymnastic skills like hanging, balancing, jumping and rolling.
Minis in Motion
For minis who want to move!
Our Minis in Motion classes for kids aged 1-2.5yrs is a playful parent-and-child class designed for our youngest movers. Little ones explore basic gymnastics skills through music, movement, and obstacle courses, while building coordination, balance, and confidence. With gentle guidance and lots of encouragement, this class supports early motor development in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
KinderGym
Have fun while learning essential skills!
KinderGym is a skill-building class for children who are 5 years old and will be entering kindergarten within the year. this independent class takes place in the gym when no other classes are running, allowing gymnasts to experience a full "big gym" environment.
Children develop strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility while practicing foundational gymnastics skills. Emphasis is placed on listening, following multi-step directions, and building confidence -- helping prepare gymnasts for both kindergarten and life!
